Whether you may be working from home or staying home because the kids are out of school, you are likely in need of a workout method that is easier than the gym or a yoga studio.

Maybe you own your own yoga studio or already teach yoga, and need to come up with ways to expand your classes online. Well, Bikram yoga is another method that you are able to practice or teach for yourself. Following this method, founded by Bikram Choudhury to be another form of hot yoga.
